Muslih praised the Shia Muslim Supreme Religious Authority for forming the Hashd al-Sha'bi to defend the sacrosanct in Iraq, adding that the only entity that can disband the Hashd al-Sha'bi is the Shia Muslim Supreme Religious Authority.
