(AhlulBayt News Agency) - The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) continued their counter-offensive in the southwestern sector of Aleppo last night, targeting the key hilltops of Tal Mut'ah and Tal Rakhem that were under the control of the so-called Jaysh Al-Fateh (Army of Conquest).

Led by the Tiger Forces, the Syrian Arab Army managed to seize both Tal Mut'ah and Tal Rakhem after a fierce battle with a Jaysh Al-Fateh contingent.

However, not long after capturing Tal Mut'ah, the Tiger Forces were ordered to withdraw from the aforementioned hilltop because of their exposed positions at the western flank.

The Syrian Armed Forces are once again attacking Tal Mut'ah, reaching the top of hill after overrunning Jaysh Al-Fateh's first-line of defense.

The Tiger Forces would maintain control of Tal Rakhem after successfully fortifying the hilltop before dawn today.

In addition to their assault at Tal Mut'ah, the Syrian Armed Forces are advancing at the 1070 Al-Hamdaniyah Housing Project, seizing a number of buildings from Jaysh Al-Fateh.
