ISIS Orders to Its Members not to Appear in Public Frequently

Nineveh police reported on March 23 that the so-called ISIS Caliph has issued some decisions for IS fighters to protect them from airstrikes.

A military source said that IS leaders have informed all the fighters of the decisions and orders recently made by the IS Caliph.

One of the decisions is to withdraw from markets and refrain from going shopping with their families, and avoid gathering around the military stations unless it is necessary.

Another decision is to avoid the tunnels and bridges since they are easily targeted by the airstrikes, and IS has withdrawn its members from most of the administrative locations, the source continued.

"The streets of Mosul are now completely cleared of the IS members" the source added.
