An informed source reported that “This morning, Secretary General of Badr Organization Hadi al-Amiri arrived in the province of Kirkuk, along with a delegation from the General Command of the Armed Forces.
The source added, “The delegation met the governor of Kirkuk Najm al-Din Karim to discuss the liberalization operations of Bashir village and Hawija District southwest of Kirkuk from the control of the so-called ISIS.”
