Caravan of Iraqi Martyrs’ Families Visited Razavi Holy Shrine

A caravan of respected families of Iraqi martyrs killed by terrorists meanwhile visiting the holy shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) paid a visit of the activities of Astan Quds Razavi.

According to the reports issued from Astan Quds Razavi website, a caravan of 70 people came to the Razavi holy shrine and benefited the special programs provided for them in Arabic by the Office of Non-Iranian Pilgrims of Astan Quds Razavi.

Zeinab Abd al-Ali, wife of an Iraqi martyr, said, “Travelling to Mashhad and visiting the holy shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) has been my old desire that was fulfilled now by the grace of God and now that I am in the presence of Imam Reza (A.S.), I feel so happy.”

“Upon entering to the holy shrine, I asked his holiness to be my intercessor in the Hereafter and gives me patience and tolerance against the problems”, she said.

“After I attended in the holy shrine I had an indescribable feeling to see the magnificent holy shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.); I hope all who aspire to visit this holy shrine could reach their desire.”

Noting that she has lost also one of her sons in the way of Islam and her country, she added, “We Muslims have an exemplary model as Hazrat Zeinab (A.S.) in the troublesome and painful situations.”

Fatemeh al-Saadah, mother and wife of two martyrs also said, “Martyrs enjoy an elevated position before God; they are companions of the prophet (S.A.W.) and the divine masters and I hope they will be our intercessors in the Hereafter.”
“The first thing that grants one generosity, glory, and honor is attachment to the martyr”, she said.

“Once I saw the dome and the Zarih of the holy shrine I had a feeling that is beyond description. I thank God that granted me the opportunity to visit the holy shrine”, she remarked.

Referring to the cultural services provided by the management of Non-Iranian Pilgrims, she said, “I appreciate Iran and Astan Quds Razavi for rendering special services and programs.”

It is notable that lecture sessions, classes of knowing the holy shrine, cultural programs, visiting the museums of Astan Quds Razavi, and dedication of cultural gifts including publications, audio and visual cassettes and CDs were among the services rendered to this group of pilgrims in the Dar al-Rhamah portico.

After benefiting various cultural programs, the respected families of Iraqi martyrs were invited to the banquet hall of Imam Reza (A.S).
