Israeli President Peres hails “Egyptian war” on Hamas

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Israeli President Shimon Peres has commended what he described as “Egypt's war against Hamas”.

Israeli President Shimon Peres welcomed in a meeting on Sunday with Israeli Foreign Ministry representatives the campaign of incitement launched by some Egyptian parties and media against Palestinian resistance including Hamas.

Peres also said, "We're isolated, but we're not alone. When we were being established, the Arab world wanted to annihilate us. Today the Arab world doesn't think that we're its problem."
