Countrywide protests staged against Shia genocide in Pakistan

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) Hundreds of thousands Shiite Muslims have marked protest across the country against ongoing state-sponsored Shia genocide.The protests were witnessed after Friday prayers in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Quetta, Sukardu, Peshawar, Sukkur, Larkana, Multan, Matli and other parts of the countryThe protesters chanted the slogans against Takfiri terrorist and Mutahida Quomi Movement (MQM) over killing notable leaders and activists of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslmeen in Karachi.Shiites condemned the terrorist attaks by Takfiris and MQM against Shia Muslims across the country that have claimed thousands innocent lives of citizens.During the agitation, the recent killing of MWM candidates by MQM was also condemned and demanded the immediate arrest of the culprits involve in the assassination.The protesters strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Shia pilgrims on first day of new year in Queeta that claimed at least three lives and injured 30 others.The protesters also condemned the Gilgit-Biltistan court over the bail of terrorists involve in massacre of Shia Muslims in Chillas last year.The protests were leaded by Majlis Wahdat-e-Musilmeen, Tehreek-e-Islami, Imamia Students Organization, Tehreek-e-Nifaz-Fiqah Jafria, Asghria Students Organizations and other regional Shia organizations./149
