Tehran held a ceremony to commemorate the martyrdom of Shia cleric Sheikh Hassan Shehata and three of his devotees by members of the Takfiri group in Egypt. The event mounted at the premise of Arg Mosque on Thursday, 2nd of July, with featured religious faces including Head of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, Head of Ahlul Bayt (A.S) World Assembly, Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Mohammad Hassan Akhtari, Incumbent President’s Deputy, Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Mir Taj Al-Dini, Syria envoy to Tehran, Adnan Mahmoud in attendance.
