4th Intl Islamic banking system confab to be held in Dubai

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The 4th annual world Islamic retail banking conference is to be held in Dubai.In the conference, experts in the realm of Islamic Banking system tackle with the present problems and discuss their ideas and viewpoints.Some 250 representatives from different countries take part in this conference and roughly 40 experts will give speech during the conference.Conferences such as this are increasingly important as Islamic finance approaches the $1 trillion worldwide this year. It is an opportunity for professionals to meet and discuss the most pressing issues of the sector, and should prove to be an interesting and educational few days.The conference has the theme ‘Aspiring Innovations Across Horizons’ and will feature discussions on the future of Islamic windows in conventional banks, the lack of interest in Islamic investment funds, and more.The two day conference to be held on Tuesday and Wednesday (Oct 9-10). /129
