(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Head of International Committee of Education for Peace remarked that all nations' hopes got expressed in Iranian Supreme Leader's statements, and elaborated: "establishment of solidarity among NAM member states can turn international geopolitical axis from unipolar into multi-polar."
Based on an analysis on the 16th NAM summit, Massimo de Santi said: "Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme leader of Islamic Republic of Iran, emphasized on the necessity of reviving the 50-year old movement ideals and stated that the failure of colonialism, acquiring political, economic and cultural independence by countries are considered as blessings for humanity".
"Iran's Supreme Leader thematically pointed during the NAM summit to the problems that have endangered global peace and future of mankind and expressed the true view points of nations among heads of states ", he added.
"I believe that the world is still dominated by western powers led by the US, whose imperialistic logic spreads war and terror all over the world, and acquisition of a true solidarity among Non-Aligned Movement member states can change that", de Santi specified.
He pointed to the existing problems of the world and reiterated: "within these unpleasant circumstances of the world, NAM member states who attended Tehran summit as newly emerged powers in the region, have adopted political strategic plans to create a new order in the world based on cooperation, unity and mutual respect."
