Emiri decree: Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah His Higness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi has issued an Emiri decree appointing Councillor Mohammed Talal Al Himsi as the Chief of the Ras Al Khaimah Court of Cassation.
