After yet another target martyring of a Shia scholar, the Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) has demanded the resignation of the entire Sindh government.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - After yet another target killing of a Shia scholar, the Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) has demanded the resignation of the entire Sindh government for failing to control the law and order situation in the city.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the party’s spokesman Allama Hassan Zafar Naqvi said that the provincial authorities had failed miserably in carrying their duties.

“The ruling Pakistan Peoples Party government, along with its coalition partners, should tender their resignations immediately as they have failed to protect the life and property of the citizens in general, and the Shia Muslims in particular.”

He said the murder of Allama Ghulam Mohammad Ameeni, who was the prayer leader at the Noor-e-Iman Mosque, is an irreparable loss to peace-loving people everywhere.
