(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Following the death of former Libyan leader, Lebanese Supreme Shiite Council is to hold emergency meeting to probe Imam Musa Sadr's fate.
In its emergency meeting, Sheikh Abdul Amir Qabalan, Deputy President of Lebanese Supreme Shiite Council, discussed the case in relation with a Libya after the death of its former ruler, Muammar Gaddafi.
Lebanese Supreme Shiite Council issued a statement and stressed the responsibilities of National Transitional Council (NTC) to take immediate measures on the case of Imam Musa Sadr.
The council also demanded Lebanese government to make use of all facilities for freedom of Imam Musa Sadr.
According to the Persian language Fars News Agency, last Sunday a high ranking delegation from Lebanon headed for Libya to investigate the case of Imam Musa Sadr and his two companions Sheikh Mohammad Yaghoub and Abbas Badreddin departed for Libya and disappeared in August 1978.
