(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - In an interview, Shoaib Iqbal, MLA of Delhi Assembly said: “From the very beginning 9/11 attacks were doubtful, but, aftermath ruining of a sovereign country, Afghanistan, without submitting a concrete evidence to the public proved that it was their own operation to find a pretext to adopt a military hegemony in the region.”
Expressing grief over the lost of innocent lives, in September 11, 2001 attacks, Shoaib said that either those attacks were intentionally allowed to happen or were designed by the US and Zionists.
“Not only the outsiders, but US thinkers, politicians and analysts suspect that US and Zionist launched the attacks, he added.
“Since, the US policies and actions were always controversial, this is the duty of the UN to form a fact-finding committee to probe into the attacks, which led to unjustified genocide of millions of innocent people in Afghanistan,” he noted.
Praising speech of Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad at the UN General Assembly in New York in 2010, Shoaib said, all peace-loving nations should pressure the world body to investigate over the attacks.
