Hajj orientation course held in Srinigar

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A Haj orientation Conference was held here today. The Conference was organized by Jammu and Kashmir Association of Haj and Umrah Companies Kashmir (JKAHUCK) at SKICC. The first session of the Conference was presided over by Minister of State for Tourism and Home, Mr. Nasir Aslam Wani. While concluding session was addressed by Minister of State for Haj and Auqaf, Mr. Aijaz Ahmed Khan on behalf of Chief Minister.A galaxy of Ulemas gave Haj Orientation to the intending Haj pilgrims -2011 .The Ulemas include Moulana Syed Khazir Ahmad Shah of Deoband,Moulana Rehmatullah Qasmi,Dr.Abdulh Latief Alkandi and  Moulana Syed Arshad Nadvi.The Ulemas in their thought provoking speeches urged the Haj pilgrims to get fully acquainted with Haj orientation as  without fulfilling even a single “Rukin-i-Haj” Haj remains incomplete.A large number of Haj pilgrims -2011, Haj and Umrah Tour Operators, besides other people were present. The Director of Information and Public Relations, Khawaja Farooq Renzushah   was also present on the occasion.The General Secretary of the Association Mr.A.R Hanjura  anmd Sheikh Faroz Ahmed highlighted the problems confronting Haj and Umrah Tour and Travel Operators in Kashmir. They demanded increase of Haj quota for tour operators, vaccination facilities for intending Haj pilgrims, direct Haj flights from Srinagar to Jeddah,Haj quota for new Tour Operators and facilities at Srinagar Airport like Government Haj pilgrims.The Ministers on the occasion appreciated the Association for conducting such a conference for the first time in the valley. They assured them that their genuine demands would be taken up with the concerned Union Ministers./129
