Iran's Supreme Leader office for Hajj affairs and Russia Mufti Council ink memorandum of cooperation in Kazan capital of Tatarstan.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Iran's Supreme Leader office for Hajj affairs and Russia Mufti Council ink cooperation agreement in Kazan capital of Tatarstan.

In the conference titled "Hajj and Muslim Nation" held in Tatarstan capital, the  Iranian and Russian counterparts in Hajj affairs singed an accord to expand relations on educational courses, conferences and creation of sites related to Hajj.

In this cooperation which was signed by HujjatulIslam Seyyed Ali Ghazi Asqar, Supreme Leader's Deputy in Hajj affairs and Sheikh sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin, chairman of Russia Mufti Council, Iran and Russia agree to boost relations to hold educational courses, conferences and launch websites to educate Hajj pilgrims.

In this conference which was backed by the Cultural Council of Iran's embassy in Russia, elites from more than 15 countries and muftis from other Republics of Russia as well as a high ranking delegation from Islamic Republic of Iran were the participants of this conference held in Kazan, Tatarstan on July 6, 2011.
