Prime Minister of Kurdistan region, Barham Saleh discussed with a delegation representing the Sadrist Trend the country's current situation and its outstanding problems.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Prime Minister of Kurdistan region, Barham Saleh discussed with a delegation representing the Sadrist Trend the country's current situation and its outstanding problems.

The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) web site said on Wednesday, June 8, "Both sides asserted the necessity for all sides to work toward solving the problems in light of national interest."

On the other hand, Barham Saleh discussed with law maker from Ahrar bloc, Baha' al-Araji, and the delegation accompanying him, the importance to fulfill vacant security portfolios, so security and stability prevail, and for all political sides to agree on important national issues and solve their disputes through dialogue.

Earlier in the day, the Sadrist delegation met with head of Kurdistan region discussing latest developments in Iraq.

It is note worthy that the Sadrist delegation is visiting Kurdistan region to activate its leader's, Muqtada Sadr, initiative toward solving the country's current political crisis.
