Grand Ayatollah Lotfollah Safi Golpayegani, top Iranian jurisprudent warned against fake faiths, saying that Muslims have to resort in the mysticism and guidelines of the infallible Imams (AS).
He stressed the promotion of the divine teachings and warned against fake faiths, groups and those who try to deviate people through media.
"We have to maintain our efforts in resorting religious teachings and move in line with sources like teachings of Ahlul Bayt (AS), household of the prophet Mohammad (PBUH), narrations, Hadith and guidelines of Nahjul Balagheh, book including sermons, letters and quotations of Imam Ali (As) first Shia Imam and cousin of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
He hailed reading of Nahjul Balaghe as the way that increases people's understanding of God Almighty and said, "Beautiful quotes of Imam Ali (AS) is a school of teaching for us and we have to learn them and transmit them to the world."
He denounced the materialism that has dominated the modern world and highlighted following the teachings of Ahlul Bayt (As) as the only way out of the situation.
Grand jurisprudent praised the statements in Qur'an to be higher than any order and said the holy book of Islam invites people to learning science, debating and having insight.
