(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Al Intiqad sources stated that Tripoli and North Mufti Sheikh Malek Shaar refused to adopt a stance in which he calls upon the Sunnis in the north to take part in the March 14 festival, scheduled on Sunday, March 13.
The sources revealed that Mufti Shaar refused to sit for an interview with the Future TV staff, over inviting people to participate in the March 13 rally.
The same sources clarified that when the Future TV correspondent brought up the said issue, Mufti Shaar censured the issue saying, "I am a Mufti responsible of what I say. Do you want me to invite people to participate in March 14, and call them into incitement?"
