“Zeynab, Magnificence of Fortitude”, is the title of a book published by Imam Musa Sadr cultural-research institute.
It is a collection of speeches by Imam Musa Sadr on the role of Hazrat Zeynab (SA) and her presence in the incidents of Ashura and the ensuing events.
Part of the book reads:
Undoubtedly, after the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS), the heroin of Ashura is Hazrat Zeynab (SA). She kept the message of Ashura alive and spread it around and managed to conquer the palace of Yazid through her wisdom.
What Zeynab (SA) demonstrated to everyone after Imam Hussein’s (AS) martyrdom, was steadfastness and dedication.
The book contains two parts. In the first part, there is a speech by Imam Musa Sadr says the sadness of the events after Ashura is more intense.
He also elaborates on the role of Hazrat Zeynab in completing the mission of Imam Hussein (AS).
In the second part, Imam Musa Sadr discusses the fate of Imam Hussein’s (AS) household after his martyrdom.
He says that while Hazrat Zaynab (SA) spent days traveling in deserts after the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS), she did not succumb to crying and mourning and remained steadfast.
