Islamic Revolution of Iran is derived from the revolutionary and at the same time Islamic thoughts of late Imam Khomeini (RA) and has opened a new discourse in politics and ruling system of a country.
During the past three decades, there have been several comments and analysis on the Islamic Revolution. On the same topic the analysis of late leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Rouhollah Khomeini are purely derived from Islam according to Hujjatul Islam Ahmad Moballeghi, who is head of the research center for the Islamic culture and deputy of the research office of the Islamic Propaganda Organization.
He said," Fiq'h school of late Founder of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Rouhollah Khomeini has a very special outlook," and added that," What is called "political Islam" in today's world is discussed both in Arab and non-Arab world and there has been a misunderstanding in comparing this phrase with Fiq'h school of Imam Khomeini (RA).
"Islam at the service of politics is a misunderstanding of some people and a bigger misunderstanding to compare it with what Imam Khomeini (RA) thought," said Hujjatul Islam Ahmad Moballeghi stressing that the view would not reflect the reality and the content of Imam Khomeini's view and his school of thought.
There is still another better but still misunderstanding of Islam according to Hujjatul Islam Ahmad Moballeghi and that is to suppose a political aspect for Islam besides it's many other aspects of social, mysticism and cultural.
Deputy of research department of the World Forum for Islamic Schools of Thought said," Politics from viewpoint of Imam Khomeini (RA) is not detached from Islam so that we could say they are apart and one is at the service of the other."
"From the viewpoint of Imam Khomeini (RA)", said Iranian cultural official, "politics is an undetectable part of Islam."
Hujjatul Islam Ahmad Moballeghi rejected the idea of imposing politics to Iran and said, "Some suppose we have to impose what is called politics to Iran. This is not compatible because the politics which is an aspect of Islam is the politics that is proposed by Islam itself" and continued that once this Islam is applied no aspect is prioritized over the other one.
In another part of his remarks, the educational official of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought said," In thinking system of Imam Khomeini (RA) was merely limited to the topics hence once the topics are known, Fiq'h gives the answer.
Finally he said," Thoughts of Imam Khomeini were based on his understanding of different parts of Islam and there is absolutely no relation between what is called as the "Islamic politics" and discourse of Imam Khomeini (RA).
