The report did not specify the new charges against Brodsky, an alleged Israeli Mossad agent suspected of involvement in the terror of Palestinian leader Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in a Dubai hotel room on January 19, 2010.
Brodsky allegedly helped a man, identified as Michael Bodenheimer, to obtain a counterfeit German passport. The passport was used by Bodenheimer, a member of the hit squad involved in the assassination of al-Mabhouh, to enter Dubai.
Brodsky was arrested at Warsaw's international airport based on a German arrest warrant issued in June, 2010. Warsaw's district court ordered his extradition to Germany.
After 24 hours in jail in Germany, he was released on a bail of 100,000 euro in August.
The count of passport forgery has been removed from Brodsky's charge sheet in exchange for a 60,000 euro fine, the report added.
Police officials in Dubai have implicated Israeli agents in the killing of the Hamas leader, releasing evidence that showed Mossad-linked assassins using forged foreign passports.
Dubai authorities say at least 27 Mossad operatives were involved in the assassination of the Hamas leader.
