The Secretary General of Lebanon's Hezbollah, Seyed Hassan Nasrollah, has said that what was referred to as the Great Israel Project has failed due to the selflessness and devotion of the resistance movement; and the Zionists are doomed to failure.

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - In a speech on the eve of martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS), known as Ashura, Nasrollah further enumerated the victories of the resistance against the Zionists expansionist and usurpation policies, and underlined that the Zionist regime's ringleaders are too weak to impose a number of conditions on regional countries through leveling threats.

Nasrollah also slammed a few reactionary Arab regimes and noted that those regimes which backed the Zionists in the 33-Day Lebanon War have also failed.

In further remarks, Nasrollah mentioned the success of the resistance in identification of the Zionists' radars and espionage devices, while elaborating on the Israeli regime's deceptive moves to kill time during compromise talks, and warning against the Zionists' strenuous efforts for Judaization of the Holy Qods.

He underscored that the Zionists are pursuing seditious plots in regional countries and the regional nations should remain alert and vigilant.

Nasrollah also strongly denounced and condemned the terrorist operation in the southern Iranian city of Chabahar that led to martyrdom of 39 people and injury of 55 others and underlined that such terrorist operations intend to cause discord among Muslims.

He also lambasted the Western states' double standards and termed the anti-Iran sanctions as futile, while pointing out that these sanctions have led to further empowerment and progress of Islamic Iran.
