(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Ayatullah Reyshahri emphasized the importance and persistence of traditional medicine in Islam and asked for more attention. He asserted that, ‘‘There is no disease; otherwise, there should be its treatment in nature by Almighty Allah. Belief in this fact alongside scientific efforts can bring about a great change in medical science, and Iran`s medical science researchers can take the lead in the field.”
He pointed out Islam`s ceaseless efforts in discovering mankind`s diverse personality aspects and emphasized mankind`s physical and spiritual importance in Islam referring to a hadith by Imam Bagher, “the most valuable of sciences is the one which leads to man`s health.”
