The people of Afghanistan have cultural affinities with Iranians due to geographical neighborhood, common historical background and social experiences. Hence, Morteza Motahari's "The System of Women's Rights in Islam" is translated into Pashtu by the cultural counsel for the familiarity of Afghans with juridical issues and philosophical concerns of Islamic Iran.

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - According to the PR of the Organization of Culture and Islamic Communications, the Pashtu translation of "The System of Women's Rights in Islam" consists of a selection of articles by Shahid Morteza Motahari published during 1966 and 1967 in a journal titled "Woman in Islamic Laws" and it is now available in Pashtu for those interested in Islamic Sciences.

The book "The System of Women's Rights in Islam" is one of the influential compilations of Ayatollah Morteza Motahari that includes a number of articles by this thinker on religion and thought.

The book is translated by Dr Mohammad Tareq and Zabihullah Eqbal and published in Afghanistan.

Ikhlas Cultural Institute has sponsored the translation of "The System of Women's Rights in Islam" and has published it in 279 pages.
