Ahlul Bayt News Agency ; ARAK, Iran -- If our children and youth get acquainted with the holy Quran, they will not be affected at all by the anti Islamic propaganda of the enemy.
This is according to Saeideh Izadpanah director of the female branch of Jameat-ul-Quran Alkarim Institute in Arak.
She said launching Quran institutes is a step toward familiarizing the youth with Quranic teachings.
Referring to the activities of the institute, she said Quran memorizing activities at Jameat-ul-Quran Alkarim began in 2004 under the supervision of Hojat-ol-Islam Tabatabaei. The courses are directed by competent teachers who have already learnt the entire holy Quran by heart.
Izadpanah added that the institute is a grassroots organization, but it collaborates with some governmental organizations, too.
“The Quran memorizing methodology used at our institute is considered as one of the most successful methods ever applied.” she said.
Putting emphasis on an integrated approach to memorizing the holy Quran, she said, “We have made a special effort to remove the existing weak points. In this way, we will be able to help Quran memorizers avoid forgetting the parts they have memorized. Some other countries have also adopted the methods we have applied concerning Quran memorizing in order to have a better result”.
Isadpanah referred to the success achieved by Jameat-ul-Quran Alkarim and said, ”So far, as many as 100 persons have managed to memorize the whole Quran and have won awards in several Quran competitions.
