Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA.ir), An exhibition of Quranic calligraphy works by a number of eminent artists and masters of Iran’s Society of Calligraphers is being held in the Center of Dramatic Arts in Ladhqiyah, Syria.
According to the Islamic Culture and Relations Organizationof Iran, the one-week exhibition which opened on July 11 with the presence of Khalil Mashhadieh, Ladhqiyah’s general governor and a number of the city’s scholars as well as academic and cultural officials, is showcasing Quranic calligraphy works by a number of Iranian artists including Abdul-Rezaee, Ali Rezaiyan, Alireza Bakhshi, Na’man Sahranavard, Abbas Nouri, and Mas’oud Rangar.
The Iranian artists present at the exhibition will also write in calligraphy literary excerpts and poems from Persian poets like Hafiz, Sa’di and Rumi for the visitors.
