Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA.ir), TEHRAN, IRAN -- A special ceremony will be held at Farhang Hall in Tehran to mark the opening of the centers. It will be attended by the Education Minister Hamid Reza Hajibabaee as well as other ministry officials.
The centers have been set up in schools across the country with the aim of promoting Quranic culture among the students and encouraging them to participate in Quranic activities.
The ministry plans to launch 10000 Darul-Quran centers in schools by the year end (March 2011).
