Operation True Promise 4: IRGC Honors Simple Lorestan Worker with Missile Strike on Northern Israel

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has fired a volley of missiles at the Israeli regime's military positions, in the name of Mohammed Dalvand, an ordinary crane driver from Lorestan province, who was martyred during the 12-day Israeli-imposed war on Iran in June last year.

AhlulBayt News Agency: The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has fired a volley of missiles at the Israeli regime's military positions, in the name of Mohammed Dalvand, an ordinary crane driver from Lorestan province, who was martyred during the 12-day Israeli-imposed war on Iran in June last year.

The Public Relations Office of the IRGC said, in a statement, on Wednesday that the northern Israeli occupied territories came under heavy missile fire, in the 80th phase of the Operation Ture Promise-4 that was carried out in the memory of Mohammad and all truck drivers, as well as, in support Lebanon's resistance fighters and the oppressed people.

Stating that the flight of fiery missiles bore a message of justice, the IRGC called it a manifestation of the bond between the people and the battlefield, the courage of men who look beyond their duty but is not often seen on the pages of books.

According to the message, the operation that demonstrates the will of a nation to defend the oppressed knows no borders and extends from Iranian cities to the mountains of southern Lebanon.

Mohammad Dalvand became a role model for all drivers and truckers in the country for showing utmost courage to choose the field of danger over the comfort of his home, rushing to help the support front during the 12-day war.

Mohammad was a simple crane driver who earned his living among iron and steel, but his difference from others was written in the moment of choice as he ventured into the heart of danger with his crane to prove that no military ranks are needed to defend the borders and homeland.

The IRGC said the operation commemorating Martyr Mohammad sent a clear message to the world that Iran's power lies not only in its missile arsenals, but in the unity between the battlefield and the people.
