Gazans are suffering from siege and humanitarian crisis -Maqsood Domki

Allama Maqsood Ali Domki said that voices are being raised worldwide against Israeli brutality, but unfortunately, most Muslim rulers remain silent spectators instead of taking any serious action against this oppression.

AhlulBayt News Agency: In a statement, the central leader of the Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki, referred to the latest warning from the United Nations regarding the severe humanitarian crisis in Gaza as a call to shake the conscience of humanity.

He said that Tom Fletcher, the UN humanitarian chief, has warned that if immediate humanitarian aid is not provided to Gaza within the next 48 hours, approximately 14,000 infants may lose their lives due to hunger, disease, and lack of medicine. Allama Domki stated that this warning from the UN is a matter of great concern.

He emphasized that the insensitivity of the global conscience, the criminal silence of Muslim rulers, and the verbal rhetoric in favor of the first Qibla (Al-Aqsa Mosque) are unforgivable.

He pointed out that the UN's acknowledgment that the current aid is "just a drop in the ocean" proves that the 2.3 million suffering people of Gaza are trapped in a complete siege and facing a humanitarian disaster.

He added that while voices against Israeli brutality are being raised globally, unfortunately, most Muslim countries' rulers remain silent spectators instead of taking serious actions.

Allama Domki urged the Pakistani government to immediately demand an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council with other Muslim countries and ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza. He also appealed to Islamic scholars, human rights organizations, the media, and influential public groups to raise their voices to save the innocent lives of the people of Gaza, especially the children.
