Governor, B K Joshi, several members of her council of ministers, senior civil and police officials, noted Shia and Sunni scholars and prominent theologians attended the iftar, which was followed by Maghrab namaz.
Maulana Khalid Rasheed Firangimahli led the prayers for the Sunnis, while Hazrat Maulana Hamidul Hasan led the prayers for the Shias.
The Chief Minister also hosted dinner after the roza iftar and namaz.
