Israeli occupation forces arrests two Palestinians in north of al-Khalil

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested on Monday evening two Palestinians at the entrance to the town of Beit Ummar, to the north of al-Khalil.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA):  The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested on Monday evening two Palestinians at the entrance to the town of Beit Ummar, to the north of al-Khalil.

Muhammad Awad, the media activist in the town, said that IOF arrested the ex-prisoner, Mahmoud Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Alami, 19 years, and another unidentified young man and took them to an unknown destination.

The IOF soldiers have been conducting provocative combing operations since the morning in the Asida area of the town and have closed its entrance, which caused a traffic jam.

According to a periodic report issued by Hamas’s media office in West Bank, the occupation forces committed 1,854 violations against the Palestinians and their lands in the West Bank and al-Quds (Jerusalem) during October.

The report documented the death of two Palestinian civilians, while 154 were injured, and 384 were arrested. It said that 16 houses were demolished by IOF in the same period.

The number of detainees reached (384), the number of incursions into various areas in West Bank and Jerusalem (356), and the number of fixed and temporary checkpoints in different areas (388), according to the report.
