The Department explained to the news center that the date of the opening of the Basement coincides with the birth anniversary of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) on the thirteenth of the holy month of Rajab.
The basement dedicated to women is a service and aesthetic addition under the Courtyard of Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), as well as accommodating more female visitors to break the momentum during the major Ziyarat.
