In Islamabad, Pakistan thousands of Muslim protestors, including women and children, carrying images of Iran’s Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, as well as of Martyred Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani marched and chanted slogans of “Death to America,” and “Death to Israel.”
These thousands of demonstrators also attempted to march toward the US consulate to protest the killing of Iranian military commander Lt Gen Qassem Soleimani.
Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani was assassinated along with several senior members of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) on Friday Morning 3 January at Baghdad International airport.
Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani was awarded by Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei as the first Iranian military official to hold Iran’s highest military order, the Order of Zulfaqar after the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
