AhlulBayt News Agency: The Bahraini National Initiative against Normalization with the Zionist Enemy, which comprises 27 political, human rights and various societies, reiterated its demands to the government of Bahrain to abolish the normalization agreement with the Zionist enemy.
The initiative saluted, in a joint statement, South Africa for its "support for Palestine in the International Court of Justice, its historic position, and the strenuous and significant qualitative efforts it made at the International Court of Justice through the pleadings of its distinguished legal team, which carried out enormous legal work that led to the court's adoption of most of what the team proposed."
The initiative called on the government of Bahrain to "take a decision that reflects and meets popular demands to cancel the normalization agreement with the Zionist enemy that is offensive to our country and harmful to it and the Palestinian cause."
The initiative called on government to "take immediate action and contribute effectively to breaking the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip, and to open the way and allow civil society organizations to organize campaigns of material and moral support and solidarity for our Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip."
The initiative urged the Bahraini people to "continue their solidarity by participating widely in marches and all activities in support of our people in Gaza, and to continue the boycott of companies that support the criminal entity."
