AhlulBayt News Agency: The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized its annual central celebration on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her).
The ceremony, which was held in the courtyard overlooking the Qibla gate of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), was attended by a number of members of the board of Directors of the Al-Abbas's (p) shrine, namely Sayed Jawad al-Hasnawi, Dr. Abbas al-Dada al-Mousawi, Sayed Mohammad al-ashigar and a number of officials of the holy shrine, heads of its departments and employees, in addition to a large number of visitors.
The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran of the Prince of Readers collective recitation team of the Quranic projects Center at the scientific complex of the Holy Quran, followed by a speech by the general secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine delivered by Acting Member of its board of Directors Dr. Abbas al-Deda al-Mousawi, in which he stressed that the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is always keen to revive the approach of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her) in the conscience and feelings of the nation ...
After that, the audience listened to a number of poems by the poet Ihab al-Maliki and the poet Reda al-Khafaji, as well as a recitative by the singer Ahmad al-Fatlawi.
After that, prizes were distributed to the winners of the special competition for the birth anniversary of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her), resulting in ten winners winning the competition.
