Mehdi Al-Mashat, President of the Yemeni Supreme Political Council said that Saudi-led coalition’s countries talks about peace with the continuation of their aggression and siege is nothing but propaganda to cover up their heinous crimes against the Yemeni people.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Mehdi Al-Mashat, President of the Yemeni Supreme Political Council said that Saudi-led coalition’s countries talks about peace with the continuation of their aggression and siege is nothing but propaganda to cover up their heinous crimes against the Yemeni people.

This came in al-Mashat’s speech that delivered on his behalf by Information Minister Dhaifullah Al-Shami on the occasion of Ramadan, The President said that the continuation of the suffocating US-Saudi blockade and aggression against the Yemeni people for the seventh year proves to the world that the coalition countries, led by America, are stripped of all human values.

He pointed out that the coalition’s tools are not worthy of responsibility and dishonest to people’s lives, money and conditions.

The president stressed that any escalation will be met with a greater escalation, and the States of the coalition must leave the language of war and move towards peace

He also stressed the Yemeni people’s commitment to their right to self-defense and continue to confront aggression and siege by all available and legitimate means.

The President announced the amnesty for prisoners sentenced to deprivation of liberty who had served two thirds of their sentences .

He affirmed that the Yemeni people’s adherence to the Islamic brotherhood with our nation is a principled position that cannot be abandoned or bartered.
