AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Pointing to the excuse-makings of the US for growing insecurity in the region and Iraq, ash-Shammari stressed the readiness of al-Nujaba Movement for responding to the any hostile act of aggression by the US.
According to the report of al-Nujaba’s Centre for Relations and Media Affairs in Iran, the deputy secretary general of al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance voiced the readiness of the Movement for responding to any hostile act of aggression by the US.
Talking to Baghdad Today News, Nasr ash-Shammari stated, “our battle in the region against the US will continue until the end of their occupation and the destruction of the Occupying Regime [Israel]”.
He further pointed to the tensions between the US and Islamic Republic of Iran and then reiterated, “the Iraqi government shouldn’t forget that Iran helped and stood by us in the most thorny time, when many countries, pioneered by the US, left us alone in the fight against the ISIS”.
Besides, the chairman of the Executive Council of al-Nujaba, being interviewed by the Agence France-Presse, condemned the tension-creating policies of the US and then said, “today, the US is attempting to find some pretexts for generating insecurity in the region and Iraq”.
