23 Yemei detainees killed in UAE run prisons in Aden

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A leaked document revealed the killing of 23 Yemeni detainees inside the secret prisons of the UAE in Aden.

According to a report by the Gulf Online website, a statement by detainees, in the prison of Bir Ahmad, revealed to the Minister of the Interior, appointed from the aggression, Ahmed al-Misri, that "the detainees had been killed in the prisons of Shalaal, Abu Al-Yamamah, Saleh Al-Sayyid Waisran by pro-Emirates leaders."

In another hand-written document, the detainees also identified 23 missing persons in these prisons. Twenty-six detainees from the so-called National Army and Popular Resistance Forces were detained in Bir Ahmed prison, showing their military numbers. The detainees explained that they had been on hunger strike for four weeks without getting any response. They hold the UAE responsible for what was happening to them because UAE soldiers are in control these prisoners.

On Friday (December 7th), Britain's Channel 4 presented a portion of the suffering of the detainees in prisons in Aden, run by the United Arab Emirates. The channel showed the testimony of Adel Al-Hassani, a field commander in the mercenary government forces who had previously been held by the Abu Dhabi-backed security forces. Hundreds of detainees in secret prisons of the UAE were subjected to various kinds of torture, electricity, and the introduction of sharp metal tools in sensitive areas of the body. "

He added in the investigation, which included statements to human rights organizations and pictures from inside prisons: "The prisons were filled with screaming every night because of torture, which is supervised by Emiratis." In organization's report entitled "Know if it is alive," the organization said it has monitored dozens of arbitrary arrests, enforced disappearances and torture by forces loyal to the UAE.
