Qatari al-Obeidi, a leader from a local tribal force in al-Baghdadi town, told Al Sumaria News that the ISIS organization executed three brothers from the city of Qaim in western Anbar.
Al-Obeidi added "the brothers were under the age of fifteen," pointing out that the terrorist group executed them after they rejected the compulsory conscription.
The ISIS terrorists have been practicing various types of brutal methods against the civilians in the areas under their control in Anbar. The towns of Rawah, Qaim and Anna in western Anbar are still held by ISIS and the Iraqi forces are planning to launch a large-scale operation to recapture these areas.
