(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Militants from the ISIS Takfiri group cut off the hands of two children in western Mosul for defying an order by the extremist organization, the Iraqi media reported.
Basnews claims according to the news published on Thursday, the children received the punishment in front of their families, after they refused to participate in military training for countering the Iraqi forces, however another report by Almasdar news says they lost their hands for not executing two civilians they were ordered to kill.
AMN reports that they were between 10 to 12 years old.
Due to a sharp decline in its manpower, the ISIS is forcing more and more children to the battlefields, Basnews reports.
The ISIS grip on its so-called capital city in Iraq, Mosul, is getting loose because since October 17, 2016 every day some new areas are being liberated from ISIS and now the Iraqi forces have fully gained control over the eastern side of the city.
