AhlulBayt News Agency - Two top rebel commanders were reported killed last night during the ongoing battles with the Syrian Army in northwest Aleppo.

According to pro-rebel sources, Ahmed Nassif and Abdulhadi Abd al-Wahhab from the Turkish-backed Nour al-Din al-Zinki Islamic Movement were killed during clashes with the Syrian Army in al-Mallah battlefront.

However, a special source who is accompanying the Army in Aleppo reported that the two were killed in heavy overnight shelling on rebels’ positions.

As part of the Syrian Revolutionary Command Council, the group received U.S.-made BGM-71 TOW anti-tank missiles among other advanced weapons.

The Syrian Army’s elite Tiger Forces have been recently deployed to northern Aleppo battleground with the aim to recapture wide territories including Mallah, Hraytan and Anadan.
