ISIL leader & former officer within Special Forces killed northern Tikrit

The security forces killed a leader within the ISIL terrorist groups, Abu Qutada, of northern Tikrit.

Security source stated "Abu Qutada was an officer within the Special Forces of the former regime and now a leader within the ISIL groups."
