According to the reports issued from Astan Quds Razavi website, Javad Hashemi said about the method of answering the religious questions, "answering the religious questions was performed by the offices located in the Razavi sacred premises, telephone system of 32020 and short message system of 30002020."
Declaring that 1 million and 123 thousand religious questions were answered in answering offices of Razavi sacred premises, he added, "The questions were answered in these offices round the clock."
Stating that 1 million and 318thousand questions were answered by telephone, he added, "answering office of Astan Quds Razavi has established the telephone system of 0511-32020 for more enjoyment of the pilgrims and their easier access to needed information in addition to forming answering offices in the sacred premises of the Razavi holy shrine,."
The Director of the office of answering to the religious questions in Astan Quds Razavi asserted, "those who refer to the answering offices or short message system or the telephone system were answered according to fatwa of their religious authority (Marja'-i-taqlid) by the skillful experts of the Islamic seminaries."
Pointing to message answering to religious questions of the pilgrims and others he stated, "Considering the importance of answering the religious questions, this office applies all the possible ways to do this important work. One easy way is answering questions by short message system of 30002020. "
Stating that 190 thousand questions were answered by short message system, Hashemi said, "Those who sent their religious questions to 30002020 short message system were answered in less than 24 hours."
