Virtual Space is a Proper Ground for Developing Islamic Culture

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The Deputy Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said: In order to spread the Islamic culture and the pure teachings of Ahl al-Bayt (A.S.), we must use the virtual atmosphere more and also get the people of the world more familiar with these rich teachings.According to the report issued from Astan Quds Razavi website, Attending at the closing ceremony of the first round of academic instruction of the controlling the virtual atmosphere , Dr. Seyyed Ahmad Alavi stressed: As the Supreme Leader of the Islamic revolution stressed his concern for the cultural issues, it is the responsibility of the organizations concerned with the issue of culture to have, with serious attention to the important issues such as soft war and cultural invasion, precise planning for dealing with this important problem.He said: Paying special attention to the issue of culture and using the most updated tools for the transfer of Islamic and Razavi teachings have been always emphasized by the representative of Wali Faqi in Khurasan and the great custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, Ayatollah Waiz Tabasi. He also said this organization has been successful in this area by having precise and coherent plans and also by establishing educational, research, cultural, publication, and proselyting centers.The Deputy Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi reiterated: If the man has not been nurtured in the real atmosphere, virtual atmosphere will be very dangerous and because it can simplifies the grounds for ethical and social deviations, it can destroy the man. Referring to the verses number 60 and 61 of the holy Suras of Yasin, Alavi mentioned: In these luminous verses God has identified a great and eminent position for the mankind and has wanted him not to obey the Satan who is a clear enemy.He continued: The position of God’s succession is achieved by following the divine orders, the orders of Imams (A.S.) and the Prophet (S.A.W.), and having a kind of connection with the infallible and pure family (A.S.). He also said that the goal of all Prophets and Imams (A.S.) were the maintenance of this connection.The Significant and Educative Role of Family and Social FoundationsReferring to the differences of today’s world with the past due to the development of the technology, Alavi said: Vital and significant role of the families, schools, universities, and social foundations in right nurturing of the children for keeping the deviations off and showing the right way of worldly and eschatological happiness has gained much importance in today’s world.He reiterated: this virtual atmosphere can be said to have been used correctly only when it is used for the purpose of conducting the divine assignments, wide spreading the illuminating injunctions of Islam, and great teaching of Ahl al-Bayt (A.S.) and in this way we might have been successful in using these modern tools.In another part of his lecture, the deputy of Astan Quds Razavi explained the similarities between today’s world and the period of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) blissful life and said: In the period of Imam Reza (A.S.), different religions and sects had the chance of looming and on the other hand the geographical territory of the state was developed from Constantine and Greece to China and from central Asia to Egypt. However, Imam Reza (A.S.), with great intelligence and correct enjoying of this exceptional opportunity, elaborated the philosophy of Islamic injunctions and proved the rightfulness of Islam by strong logic and reasoning.Using updated tools for Islamic teachingsAlavi reminded: At the present time, it is possible, with respect to increasing development in technology, to encounter with a world of misunderstandings and various thoughts just by a few simple clicks. The deputy of Astan Quds Razavi said: It is our today’s responsibility to introduce the fundamentals of injunctions and pure culture of Islam to people of the world. He also said that we must do this responsibility by avoiding exaggeration and guilt, being reasonable, and not following excess and neglect. At the final part of his talk, Alavi reiterated: World’s people are tired of materialistic and its relevant things and they are looking for the real way of bliss and happiness and with no doubt, the happiness and salvation will not be achieved unless people connect themselves with God and the Imams (A.S.)./149
