International Conference of Islamic Awakening Held in Kyrgyzstan (Images)

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) Chairman of the Council of Islamic Unity Society of Russian scholars who spoke at the Conference of Islamic Awakening in Central Asia, stressed that the Islamic awakening and response to globalization is an undeniable fact.The first international conference entitled "The Islamic Awakening in Central Asia" was opened. Kyrgyzstan officials, scholars, scientists and researchers in Islamic affairs are participating in this conference as well as a number of political figures, experts and academics from Central Asia, Iran, Russia, Turkey and the United Kingdom.Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the International Conference of Islamic Awakening, Malikov Kadyr, in Central Asia while inaugurating the conference said this conference aims to discuss the most important issues in Muslim societies./149
