(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The PIB located in Britain was established in 2001 and has two shareholders. 40 percent of the total share belongs to Tejarat Bank and 60 percent to Bank Mellat.
The bank has been added to the list of EU sanctions since July 2010 following Bank Mellat sanctions and was banned from new activities. The bank's assets have been controlled by the FSA.
The vote includes 131 main articles, and the EU may call for an appeal court in 70 days.
He added Bank Tejarat sanction case is being pursued by a group of lawyers. Its case is still in judicial process because it was added to the list of sanctions two years after faced embargo.
Fallah also expressed the hope that bank would be excluded from the list of sanctions soon.
