24 wanted and suspects arrested west Kirkuk - Iraq

KIRKUK, Iraq (Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Police sources said here that a joint force arrested 24 suspects and wanted west of Kirkuk.The source told Aswat al-Iraq that some of the arrested were members in the ex-Baath party.On the other hand, five bombs were dismantled, which were targeting Police commander patrol during his return from the raids.No damages were reported.The source added that the raids were results of exploding two bombed cars in a village that belongs to Dibis area last Thursday.The explosion resulted in 7 casualties, in addition to material losses in nearby residences.Kirkuk, center of the province, lies 280 km north of the capital, Baghdad. /129
