He made the statement during a Unity Conference held in Kaduna organised by Al-wahda Islamiyyah organisation under its Chairman Alhaji Ibrahim Gashash on Thursday the 27th of June 2013.
The Scholar further expressed that in the holy Qur'an Allah Almighty did not only command Muslims to unite He also warned them against dispute as such can bring degradation to Ummah.
The conference was attended by Scholars of Islamic sects in the country. lectures were also delivered by the scholars on the issue of unity of the Ummah.
