(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The Nabelsi family living in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem has received an Israeli court decision ordering the demolition of its house at the pretext of lack of construction permit.Abla Al-Nabelsi, a widow and owner of the house, told the PIC on Wednesday that her husband Adel Al-Nabelsi built the house back in 1994 in Akbat Al-Saraya neighborhood in the Old City. She said that the Israeli municipality filed a lawsuit against her husband because of construction without permit and imposed on him a fine of 500 shekels a month, which he continued to pay monthly until his death on the first day of this year. She said that municipality teams sent her the municipality court’s decision to raze her 50-square-meter home a couple of days ago.Abla said that the family was quick to ask for a restriction order from the court freezing the demolition decision, which she described as “oppressive”.End item/ 149
